ESET Wins 2022 AV-Comparatives Business Security Award for PROTECT Entry
ESET PROTECT Entry, in combination with ESET PROTECT Cloud, has received the prestigious Business Security APPROVED badge from AV-Comparatives. This independent testing organization recognized ESET’s solution for delivering strong protection with low system impact, making it a reliable choice for business users.
In the 2022 Business Security Test, ESET ranked 4th out of 18 vendors for performance efficiency. It achieved a real-world protection rate of 99.6 percent and was the only product tested that recorded zero false positives. This highlights ESET’s ability to distinguish threats without disrupting everyday operations.
The product also earned a performance impact score of 3.6, placing it among the top four vendors with the least system slowdown. While its malware protection score of 98.2 percent ranked lower compared to others, the overall performance, usability, and accuracy earned ESET the only APPROVED badge awarded during this round of testing.
