Brad has worked in IT Companies and MSPs for just over 20 years including growing one of those companies from 6 to 55 staff and is applying his wealth of real world experience in customer expectations and security solutions in this role to discuss the wider ESET product stack with MSPs.

    He has a proven track record in solution building, particularly in prioritizing and developing the EDR security platform at Chillisoft.     While it has become quite common to protect cloud services with MFA, very few partners are protecting their PC or Server logins with MFA. Learn about this new feature and about use cases such as enabling it to protect your VPNs and online resources such as Xero with a single-sign-on to the PC making MFA easier and simpler for your end users

    With ECOS having nearly 200 active partners with our Office 365 protection, we thought it is worth reviewing what we’ve heard and learnt from our partners in the last 12 months. We will also be detailing the G-Suite support launched in November 2023 and our learnings of it compared to Office 365.

    Recap & Upcoming Improvements
    You may have seen our launch in July last year of this new module. We’ve had great success with partners replacing their RMM patching completely and finding so many Vulnerabilities on their PCs that they thought were fully patched the numbers are scarcely believable. This will be covered off and we’ll be talking about some additional features coming soon as well.

    Mobile Licensing Changes
    From April, all Protect licenses from Advanced and above will have iOS and Android licensing included. To benefit those who haven’t previously used ESET Mobile Security we’ll be running through some of the features and configurations that can be applied and show just how easy it is to enroll a device.
