Please ensure your artwork has been submitted to Chillisoft as per instructions below. 

Your booth will be setup and ready for you. We kindly ask that you organize your giveaways and any additional attractions.
The booth includes a branded back drop and 55″ TV display with HDMI connection. We encourage you to bring videos of your brand that are easy to loop and do not rely on sound. If you would like to organize additional attractions for your booth, please arrange with Chillisoft for prior approval. 

All merchandise must be brought with your team, or delivered to Chillisoft no later than one week prior to the event. 
Setup of the event will be accessible from 8am on the morning of the event (18th of October 2024). 

Please make your file layered, in PDF or AI format.

•Insert your logo (in white) and main tag line (in white)
This should be on it’s own layer.
•Flatten all text – this will insure no font errors.
• Do NOT include any trims.

Yellow line: indicates bleed, this will most likely not be seen, but allow for some overspill artwork.

Blue line: This area is the primary artwork area. While it will most likely be seen, there is a chance of warping / bending due to the nature of the stand. This is a good space for artistic overhang, as you can see in the example with the robot and human hands. DO NOT PLACE ANY MEANINGFUL TEXT OR INFORMATION IN THIS AREA.

Pink line: All content within the pink-line area is safe. guides or printer marks.
• Ensure your returned artwork does NOT show the guideline layer – you can either hide or delete the guideline layer.

The designated vendor setup time is 8am-9am on the morning of the event.
If you have arranged any special additions to your stand, you may come to setup from 7am.
