The Mimecast President's Winter Experience!

Last season, through closing deal registrations and expansions, we had a fast and furious race where the winner of the Mimecast Megadrive won themselves a trip to the Melbourne F1GP! The race was heated and included fun prizes along the way, from Playstation 5, Lego F1 kits to Go-Karting for all those on the leaderboard! The campaign received rave reviews, and for this season, Mimecast and Chillisoft are taking it higher.

This is – the Mimecast President’s Winter Experience ! The big points can be won by closing deal registrations and upgrades, with points also awarded for participating in other Mimecast initiatives. While there is only one grand prize winner, nobody should ever climb a mountain alone – we’ll be taking the top 10 entrants to Queenstown where they will all enjoy dining, jet boating and wine tasting at one of the countries best vineyards. The winner will earn themselves the President’s Winter Experience where they will be taken on a private helicopter tour over Queenstown with a an epic alpine landing, giving you the ultimate view.

As we kick off into 2025, the Points Boost is now on! Earn big point bonuses on different activities and race your way to the top of the mountain!

PRESIDENT's GRAND PRIZE

The lucky contest winner will embark on an unforgettable sightseeing adventure through the majestic Queenstown mountains. With breathtaking vistas at every turn, they’ll explore rugged trails, tranquil lakes, and towering peaks from a birds eye view. The helicopter is fitted with large windows and designed for sight-seeing, giving our winner a journey filled with awe-inspiring beauty, promising memories to last a lifetime – and photo op to make everyone wish they had won! The winner will also receive upgraded accommodation, a sweet red and first choice in the extra activities!

The top 10 entrants will all be flown to Queenstown joining our President’s Winter Experience Winner in August 2025 (Dates TBA).
The top 10 elite will be accommodated near the city center where they will be in the heart of it all. In Queenstown, the elite will enjoy several group activities, including wine tasting and jet boating! Those who climbed highest will also get first choice in several other activities!

Activities

Scenic Dining, Gondola & Luge

Our Mimecast contest top 10 Elite Club will be taken up the mountain via gondola. Once there, they will have time unwind and enjoy racing in the luge as the sun sets! Following this, guests will be treated to a buffet dining experience at Skyline’s Stratosphere Restaurant & Bar. Located at the top of the Gondola, our Mimecast guests will enjoy award winning food as they dine with the backdrop of panoramic views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. Feasting on succulently grilled meats, seafood, a plethora of plant-based dishes, decadent desserts and a whole lot more while they take in the incredible views, the superb environment with live jazz or classic music playing into the sunset.

Wine Tasting

What better way to create group bonding than a wine tour? Your day will start being met by your wine-certified guide at your Queenstown accommodation. From there, we’ll travel a short distance to the Gibbston wine region, home to top-rated wineries, award-winning winemakers, and, of course, delicious Pinot Noir. Our elite group will be treated lunch, wine tasting and a tour of one of Queenstown’s famous wineries.

Jet Boating

It’s not Queenstown without adventure! Our Mimecast group will get to take in the stunning scenery with the wind in their face as we race across Lake Whakatipu and head down the Kawarau River. The experienced drivers will get our guests up close and personal with the lake’s edge, skimming past trees and any obstacles in the way.

Be sure to hold on to your hats as we navigate under not one, but two bridges at speed. This is the greatest tour in Queenstown, going 44km up the historic river! You’re in for a rush as the boat is equipped with an 820 Twin V8 engines!
