Juraj Malcho, Chief Technology Officer of ESET, comes from software development background with reverse engineering expertise. Since he joined ESET in 2004, he gained international credibility as an industry thought leader, speaking at high profile cybersecurity conferences across the world. As CTO, he oversees ESET’s global R&D activities, setting the strategy for future technologies and products development.




KPMG CIO Cowan Pettigrew will open the event sharing his views on how AI can be used as defence against AI, bots, and the human factor. He has more than 25 years in IT, helping businesses navigate a digital future across all aspects of IT including baking in security from the ground up. Part of his focus for 2019/2020 involves reducing the risk profile of KPMG NZ through the practical application of technology, notably AI, whilst concurrently driving KMPG’s robot-as-a-service / automation-as-a-service offering.
